How It Works

  • Choose from the finest selection of Prime and Grass Fed Beef, Lamb, Wild caught Alaskan Salmon, and Organic Poultry. Each protein is seasoned with unique organic spice blends, then quick seared and smoked in our pit over a blend of post oak and mesquite wood to absorb that authentic smokehouse flavor while remaining partially raw, allowing you to finish at home while locking in maximum flavor and moisture for a true smokehouse experience. Each protein is paired with carefully crafted scratch made sauces and sides - like our famous Four Cheese Scratch Mac or organic roasted vegetables - making dinner balanced and complete.

  • Fill out the order form here. Here you will select your meals as well as your preferred delivery time slot. Orders close Fridays at Midnight.

  • We deliver locally every Sunday, straight to your door. Just pop in the fridge, then pop in the oven at your convenience.

    *If you may not be home or available to receive your food for your scheduled delivery, leave a cooler with cold packs on your front porch to hold the food at an appropriate temperature until you can receive it.

Our “Oven Ready Organic Meals” grew out of a search for high-quality yet convenient dinners that don’t rely on cheap oils, preservatives, or heavily processed ingredients. We focus on fresh, organic meals with real smokehouse flavor — ready to grab from the fridge and pop in the oven, with zero cleanup.

Each dish is made over the wood fire and paired with scratch made sauces and sides. Our top tier proteins are lightly smoked and seared for deep, comforting flavor. The dishes are raw or partially cooked, then packaged oven-ready in disposable trays ready for you to finish cooking at home. No seed oils, no preservatives, and no shortcuts — just real food designed to make weeknight dinners easier for busy families without sacrificing quality, flavor, or time together.
